"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It looks like your tblRecipes contains a compound primary key. In order to refer to a single unique record in this table you need to use all three columns: RecipeID, Recipe, PCFID. This is the way it is defined. I cannot comment if it is correct or wrong, as I cannot see the data in this table. If it is incorrect then the primary key should perhaps be consisting of RecipeID only. If, however, it is how the data is organised there then you have a couple of options:
1. you can define an auto-number column in the tblRecipes table and use it as a primary key. Then in your tblDailyMeals use that key instead of RecipeID
2. You can add Recipe and PCFID to the tblDailyMeals and use them in your foreign key relationship
