Need to setup message notification in Outlook 2010
Hi,
I need to be able to setup a notification in Outlook 2010 every time somebody tries to email me. This is to be notification message that pops up on senders Outlook 2010 if they enter my name into the "To" field. I want the message to say "if it's a production issue please contact the service desk at number xxxx" . I don't want them to receive an email message just a notification message that appears at the top of Outlook 2010 when they enter my email address into the "To" field.
