Skype For Business Client Missing Call Forward Option

Hi there,

We are trying out some new laptops with Office 365 and Skype For Business client on it, now this connect to a Lync 2010 server but the users who are testing this do not have an option to enable call forwarding for calls if they are busy :-

How would you go about enabling this option?  I've not much experience with Lync so is this a policy that has to be changed on the server?  Bearing in mind that it the option is there for other machines that are still running Lync Client?

Thanks for any help

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

"Office 365 has compatibility issues with the new Lync / Skype for business", we got this prompt when prompted to upgrade. So, we still use the old Lync and old Skype.

We are having this same issue on Skype for Business 2016 client with a new Office 365 Online (E1) setup.  It's only for one user of 5, so I don't see how this is a compatibility issue.   The SfB client version for this user looks to be the same as the others.  Any other ideas on what may be the cause of this problem?
