ASP.NET C# GLOBAL.ASAX 401 ERROR PAGE REDIRECTION

I have a basic website running windows authentication on iis6 and iis7
The 401 error redirection works ok from the local iis box, but it won't work from a remote machine's browser

Any ideas why?

Here's the global.asax

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
