Web browser in Access

Dear Experts,

I have a form in my access file where a component is a web browser.  User can set an image URL, and that component works as a preview.
It was working well until I realized that if the image file is png, it opens file download dialogbox, and does not allow you to open the image in Access.  With jpg file, there is no issue.  How can I suppress this file download (save, open, cancel) dialog box and just open the image file inside of the web browser component?

Please advise.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Don't think you can as it has more to do with security settings on the station rather than anything with Access or the web component and what may or may not be installed on the station.

Jim is probably correct.

FWIW, both PNG and JPG web linked files opened up fine for me in Access 2010/WinXP and Access 2013/win7
