The short answer is yes BUT ONLY if you have an Airport Extreme with older firmware and older version of Airport Utility.

You configure the Airport Extreme using the Apple Airport Utility application.  Unfortunately Apple decided to drop dyndns  support in the latest version 6 of AirPort Utility .. so you have to download an older version of the Airport Utility software 5.4 or 5.5 or 5.6 and install that on your Mac or Windows PC.
