Script needed (not PowerShell) to remove computer from SCCM and AD

I need a script for our helpdesk to prompt for a computer name then remove that computer from AD and SCCM .
Can't be PowerShell because the helpdesk doesn;t have the rights (execution policy) to run PowerShell scripts and I can't change that (political)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Time to educate the policticals as powershell is the future and vbscript is the past. Powershell scripting can be locked down even more than other scripting. i.e. you can give a user / group just enough access to run specific Powershell scripts.

You can give enough permissions to manipulate just the AD group and the collections.

Perhaps this can be done via WMI script but that will require debugging on your own part. This should help. I presume you want to remove the device from all collections.
