XenApp 7.6 implementation

I am planning to provide a solution for almost 3500 + Users with new XenApp 7.6 FMA based architecture.
Do you guys know any good blogs to start with.
Basically I am looking for a baseline document for myself, Since 7.6 is pretty new. I would like to see what are key differences in terms of preparing a baseline.

example :
 No of XenApp server ?
Network Configuration / Changes ?
Number of SF's ?
Number of Controllers ?
Zones if any apply in 7.6 ?
Brokers/Controllers ?
STA if AGEE/ NS Gateway ?
What is best hosted shared , Streamed ?
High availability of XenApp, SF, -- > Best option ( Internal Netscaler NS or NLB ) ? or what is the best HA for XenAPP ...
XD implementation with PVS / or

Basically I would like to have a standard initial document like Excel sheet , Initial level design and suggestion...

Help needed guys ....... Appreciate any inputs

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
