Exchange 2010 - Room bookings

Is there a way possible to notify a specific user whenever a room is booked other than the person doing the booking?  Is there a way to restrict the length of time that a user can book a room and limit the maximum time to say 2 hours?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can accomplish this by running the following command...
Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity ResourceMailbox1 -ResourceDelegates admin1 -MaximumDurationInMinutes 120

The command above will set ResourceMailbox1 with Admin1 as a resource delegate (which allows them to accept of reject the meeting requerst, so they will be notified) and set the max meeting duration to 2 hours.

Will.
