How to modify VBA code to copy value form excel to IE and keep it in the same date/time format?

The below code works when the time value is a AM time, but not a PM time.  How can I keep the correct format?

Correct format in cell B69: 06/02/2015 18:00:00
Incorrect format put in IE: 6/2/2015 6:00:00 PM

'Reactive at Time
                Set objFound = objFrameDoc.getElementById("X6")
                If objFound Is Nothing Then
                    objFound.Value = Range("B69")
                End If
