User accesses his Exchange Mailbox (hosted) via Outlook 2010.
When he attempts to perform a search for a contact item, he receives messages:
Search results may be incomplete becuase items are still being indexed. Click here for more details.
User clicks "there".
However "Indexing Status" remains static, and never drops down.
The issue has been present for a few months since the client has moved from on-premises Exchange to hosted Exchange.
I have checked the Indexing Advanced settings ensuring that msg files are being indexed.
Any suggestions would be greatly welcome.
