When opening an archive file in OWA, there's a bit of a trick that had me kind of stumped when I first did it. &nbsp;If you click on the top level folder, you don't see the subfolders or anything. &nbsp;You have to click on the little caret symbol next to the top level folder name to expand the list of subfolders before you can see anything. IOW, it doesn't expand automatically. &nbsp;Could that be the problem?

I just enabled personal archives on two users. &nbsp;The personal archive has shown up in OWA but I can't find any emails in it. &nbsp;The retention is set to 1 year on the inbox for these two users and I see the archive growing. &nbsp;<br />

I tried searching for emails but nothing shows up. &nbsp;<br />
