I have a super easy CSS question that has me banging my head

I am trying to lower my active hover state border on my menu.
You will see here http://esjglobal.gcwebsites.com.au/
when you hover over the main menu the black line comes zipping over and if you click a page it sits right up to the black line....Id like to adding 10px padding between the text and the black "current" line.

Can anyone help please?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Change the padding here:

styles.css(line 917)
#header #navigation ul#nav > li > a {
padding: 0 25px 10px 25px;
...
}
