performance data capture on Windows server 2008 R2

I want to detailed Steps for capturing performance data of a Windows Server 2008 R2 for last  two hours that include CPU and Memory Utilization of the Server

1. Start -> Administrative Tools -> Performance Monitor
2. On left pane choose "Data Collector Sets" -> User Defined.
3. Right mouse clik and choose New -> Data collector Set
4. Enter name of collector set  and choose "Create manually (advanced)
5. Choose "Create data logs" and Performance conter and click Next.
6. Select counters and click Finish
7. On  your new "Data collector set" right mouse click and select Properties
8. On tabs "schedule" and "stop conditions" configure when data colelctor set should start and stop.
