Outlook 2010 Shared Calendar keeps showing "Updating" when trying to view it

I have a client who connects from home via VPN and has a problem displaying his colleagues calendar view, even though I have granted him reviewer rights to the "colleagues calendar", however the following is still displayed
Picture 1and this causes the problem that the user can't see the colleagues free/busy calendar time

Please remove shared calendar entity from existing profile, then remove cache mode from Outlook profile and load it. Then add shared calendar again and check it should be updated. Then you can again mark cache mode again and restart outlook.

Sometime it happens due to outlook cache issue so either creating a new outlook profile or disabling/enabling cache mode solve this issue.
