We need to contact an office in Luxembourg and use BolehVPN to do so. This may not be the most orthodox way of making the required connection but works for all involved. As we are moving office, and must spend a number of months in a temporary office space, we will be using a 4G broadband connection for the immediate future.
Although it is stated that we have an unlimited allowance, there is a fair usage policy on this. Most of the work will not be too heavy, but there will be a number of large graphics files that need transferring a couple of times a week. This could bring us beyond the threshold and bring too much attention to the amount of traffic.
So I am just wondering about what is actually registered with the telco. If the DNS involved is the google 126.96.36.199 and the traffic is then routed straight to Luxembourg servers, will all of the traffic still be measured by my ISP?
