How to delete all rows of data including the self-incrementing pk value so I can start from 1 again?

Hi, I'm using sql 2012.
I made a booboo when inserting rows into a table and now it has PK of 1, 2 and 4 for 3 rows of my data.  I want to start over again by deleting all rows and the self inc key value so when I insert again it will start at 1.  I can't remember which command or how do I do that in t-sql.  Thank you.

Personal opinion:  You should not worry about your PK not being sequential, it rarely will be and should never be exposed to your users anyway.  They do not need to see it; if you need a sequential number, you should generate it yourself, but you will eventually delete a record and end up with a gap; so what!
