Get Delisted from JustSpam.org dnsbl

Our firewall IP address (74.X.X.X) is listed on the JustSpam dnsbl and I am trying to get the IP address delisted.  Their instructions say  we must use their delist link and send in an email from our IP that is listed to request the delisting.  My Computer is behind this firewall but my email sends from my web hosting email outgoing mail server settings in Outlook, not my firewall IP address. As a result, when I send the delist email request, I get this message and my request is not accepted.

You have to send the removalrequest from the IP you would like to delist! This mail was comming from mailXXXXX.carrierzone.com (mailXXXXXX.carrierzone.com [66.X.X.X.]) by removalsystem with ESMTPS id 217E4786EAA for <remove+74.X.X.X@db.justspam.org>; Wed, 3 Jun 2015 20:19:22 +0200 (CEST).

My Sonicwall firewall is behind my ISP's router.  How can I send email to go out via our IP address that is blocked?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As long as you are not sending emails from the listed IP, I don't see any problem. You can be worried by the listed IP when that IP will be used by a mail server.

The dnsbl's have the policy in that way: we are listing all IPs. When someone uses an IP for a mail server, we will delist it.
