Our firewall IP address (74.X.X.X) is listed on the JustSpam dnsbl and I am trying to get the IP address delisted. Their instructions say we must use their delist link and send in an email from our IP that is listed to request the delisting. My Computer is behind this firewall but my email sends from my web hosting email outgoing mail server settings in Outlook, not my firewall IP address. As a result, when I send the delist email request, I get this message and my request is not accepted.
20:19 03.06.2015 Removalrequest from "John Doe" <John [at] TestDomain.com> - IP will not be removed because of a wrong Sender-IP. You have to send the removalrequest from the IP you would like to delist! My Sonicwall firewall is behind my ISP's router. How can I send email to go out via our IP address that is blocked?
