NEC SV8100 ACD programming

Need some help tweaking various auto attendant and incoming ringer timers. I've downloaded most of the SV8100 manuals, including the installing ACD. I have the smaller license, not the full blown one. I'm only going to have one group to start with and three agents.

The base programming is working. I just don't like the flow so far.

When I'm testing with two agent station logged in, the answer button on one agent rings about 6 second, puts the extension in off duty mode and the second phone starts to ring for 5 seconds and the flips that agent/extension to off duty. Where can I extended the number of rings to at least three or about 10 seconds?
