A Windows 7 64bit user computer (Dell Optiplex 7010) running Office 2013, configured to access its mail via IMAP, suddenly stopped receiving emails.
The webmail interface works perfectly and emails are clearly flowing correctly (in & out)
I deleted the Outlook profile and recreated it : exactly the same result
I checked for the presence of troublesome Windows update fixes: none found
I installed Thunderbird and that works perfectly, but of course, they don't want Thunderbird, they want Outlook !
any ideas ?
