convert text to VBA
The text below starting from "Dear Member" will be sent in the body of an email via a macro in excel. Is there away of adding the VBA coding etc. to this text quickly so that the text is sent in exactly the same format as below i.e. same font, spacing, size etc.

The THS Marketing Toolbox will be ‘going live’ at the THS AGM on Thursday 11th June 2015.
One of the new great features on the THS Marketing Toolbox is an E-shot building system which not only will Members have access to but Suppliers will also be able to use it to send you ‘the Member’ details of their latest deals to be featured on the Toolbox. As such we would like to take this opportunity to up-date our email address database and attached are details of the addresses we currently hold on file for your company and as such will receive all e-shots generated by a Supplier using the Toolbox. Could we please ask you to take a look at the attached spreadsheet, add, remove or amend where applicable and return by email by no later than close of business Monday 8th June.
If we do not hear from you, we will assume that details held are current and correct.
