Web site only opens after hitting refresh several times

Actually the site keeps going "down" even though the server is up and IIS is up

What little there is comes up just fine.  The server responses say it's running on Zeus/4.3 .

You have networking problems on the connections to your server.  I couldn't get a traceroute to connect to it either.

I see his problem.  I went to the site, it said that it wasn't available then after I completed my tracert showed up normally.   This sounds like a DNS issue.   The site www.wineandfoodweek.com couldn't show until DNS was successfully able to resolve the IP.   I've seen this happen on newly registered domains or shortly after changing the IP on a registered domain.   Contact your namespace and make sure that everything is registered correctly.

No, it doesn't work from here.  For both sites, traceroute fails and I get "Connection was reset" in my browser.

If you browse to the IP it works just fine.  It's a DNS issue with his Namespace.

The only other thing it could be, if he's got a jscript redirect on his IIS that's not coded correctly.

i don't think its a DNS issue due to being recent change as that IP and domain has been there for quite some time

i solved the issue with my server manager. He found the problem resolution.
