Calling SSRS report from SSIS package

http://www.egroup-us.com/2009/12/calling-ssrs-reports-with-parameters-in-ssis-packages-3/

I am using the above example to run a SSRS report using SSIS.  I am getting the error that I have included at the bottom.  I am trying to run SSRS from SSIS because we do not have enterprise edition for data driven reports and our DBA does not allow us to have access to  msdb..sp_start_job.
So my only alternative was using SSIS.

I have also tried calling the SSRS WebService and I am still getting the Access denied error.  I am running the package locally and the drive is also on my local machine.  I have access to the file and since the package is running under my machine it should be running under my user account.

I have tried to give the folder access to 'Network Services'.  Nothing seems to work.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!

 Thanks!!

..set sql agent service (you said  "all is local")  to use  win\domain account with "full" permission (e.g. your's for test)

if SSRS  is remote -- use UNC path instead of the P:\test=" : e.g \\server\share
