Getting this on Exchange 2010 event log, trying to find out how i can resolve.

Windows User NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM logged on to xxxemail@domain mailbox and is not the primary windows account on this mailbox.

you can verify if the user has permissions on the mailbox.
get-mailboxpermission userid -user suspecteduser
get-mailbox userid | fl grantsendonbehalfto
get-adpermission userid -user suspecteduser

get-mailboxfolderpermission userid:\calendar
get-mailboxfolderpermission userid:\inbox
mostly a backup software is connecting to the mailbox for backup as the user is nt authority\system
