I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First of all make sure your router is upgraded

Then you can DO Load balancing there is a script in Wikipedia for merging lines

Please open your winbox
from system menu go to Reset Configuration check on No Default configuration " All Data on you RB will be deleted So if you have any data you need please make a backup and download that backup to your local windows from file menu click on backup type the name for backup and copy that backup to your PC"
now go to New terminal
copy and past this script
reboot your router and test

Dear Mas world In order to get the full 32 mbps It depends on many things
First are you sure that every router is connect to the right Ethernet as you mention in your question
second did you test every router standalone to make sure you got full 8 mbps
third if your download around 25 to 30 that's will be mean the merged successfully
