You EMC might just need to be refreshed or you are connected to another DC and there is a replicaiton delay or replication issues, which is why you might not be seeing the changes. <br />

Try hitting F5 in the console to refresh the screen. If you are not in the same AD site these changes can take time to replicate based on your Inter-Site Replication interval. <br />

I am using the EMC from my desk machine connecting to my Exchange 2007 server. &nbsp;However, changes made on the Exchange server (e.g. new mailbox, distro changes) are not being replicated back to my remote instance of EMC on my desk. &nbsp;Thoughts?
