ASKER

The iPhone will connect to the Exchange Server but the history is broken up and you can't open the emails
i assume you have plenty of space on the device and that you have proper SSL security cert in place for the OWA/Activesync service?

any other handsets have issues?

We removed the device from Exchange and the IPhone and then re-added it and the mail started propagating over the weekend.
