The iPhone will connect to the Exchange Server but the history is broken up and you can't open the emails

i assume you have plenty of space on the device and that you have proper SSL security cert in place for the OWA/Activesync service?

any other handsets have issues?

thx, we deleted the device for the Mobile Devices on Exchange 2013 and over the weekend it started to receive the Email.

We removed the device from Exchange and the IPhone and then re-added it and the mail started propagating over the weekend.
