Office 365 OWA. IE content advisor

I want to use office 365 OWA for several sites that I own. we use IE  with content advisor approved sites. I have added
email.<email domain>
*.officeapps.live.com
but after a couple of times, i had to go through the content advisor password screen.

any ideas as to what sites need to be in the approved list?
