I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The main question is: What for? There are different approaches, depending on the purpose.
The generic way needs recursion to allow going thru each subfolder. But it might be more efficient to use a search.

Sub ParseInBox()
  ParseFolder Session.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox)
End Sub

Sub ParseFolder(fld As Object)
Dim ml As Object, subfld As Folder
  For Each ml In fld.Items
    ' Do your stuff here
    Debug.Print ml.Subject
  Next
  For Each subfld In fld.Folders
    ParseFolder subfld
  Next
End Sub
