web font rendering

Hi all. I have a problem trying to use the Google font 'Poiret One'. The font is correctly rendered, but it appears to be pixelated, oddy. Please, take a look at the screenshot because I don't know the right words to describe it: what I know is that it is definitely bad instead of elegant.
Any idea?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello Marco,

Use "font-weight: 700;" (or you can use 600 whatever is your wish) to increase its visibility.

Hope it resolved the issue.

Glad to meet you, Edwin. Yes, that solved the problem: changing the color from #eee to #bbb and using font-weight: 600 I got a well readable text with the relaxing color :-)
Cheers
