"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you are sure that you are typing the correct user name and password, create new virtual directory and join a new url to it, and try to access the ECP.

to create new ECP Virtual Directory, run the below cmdlet:

New-EcpVirtualDirectory -Server ExchangeServerName -ExternalURL https://mail.domain.com/ecp -InternalURL https://mail.domain.com/ecp

where mail.domain.com is a URL, so you can change it to whatever you want.

then try to access the ECP and see if it will work.

it seems you both are not able to understand, it is not accepting password links are working fine and also if link is working there is no need to create new one.

I well understood, this is a step in troubleshooting, since you confirm that u enter the correct password, thus even the error is your password is incorrect, the problem is not with the password and we should proceed with the troubleshooting, what I mentioned is worked for some people before, feel free to continue with us, or wait for another help from different experts
