Graphics controller card

My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit, and under Device Manager, under Display Adapters, Intel (R) HD Graphics, I see an explanation mark.  I have 2 monitors connected.  I want to update my drivers for this card, but I do not know what is the real name or make of the card,  a run of the Belarc advisor gave me this information.  Can the experts let me know the name of the card that I have and where can I go to download and install the software again.  because I cannot get the 2 to work as before.  Thank u.

Does it not give any model number at all for the card?

What processor do you have in your computer? I believe the drivers link to the actual processor model where no actual model number is given.

For example this driver is for all 2nd gen processors:

Alternatively was your system custom built or provided by a computer manufacturer? If supplied by manufacturer you may also be able to reinstall the correct driver from their corresponding support website.
