Question in Sharepoint Online is there a way to view all checked-out files?

Hi we migrated to SharePoint online and many of our users upload multiple files with Explorer view on a daily basis and do not like having to log in to SharePoint to check-in documents in the browser apparently that was how it worked in SharePoint 2013 which i did not set up. They either want to check-in all documents automatically when they upload them through explorer or they would like to at least have a popup to check them in when they do that. I am at a complete loss how to set this up and wondering if anyone has dealt with anything similar even if i can get more of a definitive reason why it's impossible to give them.
