"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you not want them to have Quick Parts? (i.e. why did you move them out of roaming?)
Because the NormalEmail.dotm file where Quick Parts are stored should be in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates folder.
(%appdata% *should* expand to c:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming )

We did not move them out of roaming when we upgraded to office 2013 the user can no longer see the quick parts she had office 2007 Also we have the quick parts on her desktop and when we open in up in word we can not see anything it comes up blank here is what we now are seeing with office 2015 in c:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming
Something did not get installed correctly.
Here's what my %appdata%\Microsoft folder looks like.%appdata%\Microsoft folderJust the Microsoft folder itself in my Roaming folder has 26 other folders in it, including the Templates folder, where my NormalEmail.dotm (as well as Normal.dotm) resides.

Try adding the \Microsoft\Templates structure to the \Users\[username]\Appdata\Roaming path, placing the Normal and NormalEmail .dotm files in that folder, and see if Quick Parts works properly, then.
