Powershell Script to get all security groups and its members

Hello,
I am looking for the powershell script to get all security groups and its members and then, export it to csv with two columns - groups and members. I want to have this script so that I can use another script to compare the groups and members in one domain with groups and members from another domain in another forest.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this...
import-module activedirectory
$SecGroups = get-adgroup -filter * -properties name
ForEach ($Group in $SecGroups) {
Get-ADGroupMember -Identity $Group |
ft $Group.name, Name |
Out-File "c:\Groups-Members.csv" -append
}

That wont work on a large directory.  The query will end up hitting the timeout and only returning a partial data set.  A more elegant way of searching your directory using powershell is to use  Directory Searcher.  Its also more efficient and wont choke on large datasets
