Present a private LUN0 to the Cisco UCS, configure the Cisco UCS to BOOT from SAN (iSCSI), and then run the ESXi 6.0 Installer, and select the LUN0, and complete the installation.

Do you know how to create a NetApp LUN ?

Do you have vCenter installed, do you have Virtual Storage Console installed?

what state is your NetApp ?

e.g. do you know what a volume or aggregate is ?
