Can someone help modify an Excel Template such as adding a drop down calendar, drop down menu for time, etc. ?

I have attached a template that I need modified to my specifications. See screenshot for what needs to be modified. I am sure this is simple for an Excel expert, but that is not me. Can an expert please help me make the changes and attach it back to me? Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is so simple

Go to Data tab

Then data validation

Then you can put the date or time or actual data validation from there

Not to easy for me. I am not savvy with Excel.

The only assistance I need help with is with the Date Picker and time drop down menu.  Can someone please provide assistance? I need this ASAP, and do not have the time to learn this or research it. Can someone just simply take the excel doc, and modify it and attach it back to me?

There are simple calendars to add here. I can add  one to your workbook but not until I've finished work

I have a 64 bit version of Office Plus 2013. From what I read, I will not have the option to insert a date picker in the Developer tool. I checked and it is not there. Can someone confirm this?

Also, can someone shed some light on how to add a time picker?

As I said, I am working on this. You cannot use DateTimePickers in many versions of Excel so I am adding my own versions. I have been very busy at work but should have it finished soon.

Thanks Roy. Much appreciated!

I have added the drop down lists and a time picker and calendar. These are not ActiveX controls so they will work on any version of Excel. I think I have covered all the necessary columns but it is simple to make the controls appear for any other columns.
