Server 2012 Add Role Server Excecution Failed

I am running Windows Server 2012 Standard. When I try to add a new role I get "Server execution failed" error message and the following Event error. I searched the web and couldn't find anything to fix this problem. Can anyone please shine some light on this one?

The server {73E709EA-5D93-4B2E-BBB0-99B7938DA9E4} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

I looked at that article. The issue was actually due to me being logged into the server remotely. I gave the admin user remote access rights and all is good now. Thanks.
