is there a tool that helps to migrate all the email from our Pop account to office 365 exchange online?   That would be great

If your users are online users then you can use MigrationWiz.

You can use Azure utility to migrate the data of PST file in office 365. For that, first you have to add the Mailbox Import Export role. Only then you can import the PST file in office 365. Follow the steps mentioned in the blog to import the mails in Office 365

Our company use vendor called Skykick who help us with the migration of our email accounts with no issues at all.

I am pretty sure they can, these guys help us out with our migration from our exchange server to office 365 and everything is working really well the only notable issue was rules that were created on Outlook were not imported to office 365.
