Navigation sits BEHIND animation slider

How do I push the slider to the back so navigation falls ABOVE it?  I added z-index to navigation and slider animation containers but that didn't help

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

just give to #nav li ul css selector a higher z-index as shown bellow.

#nav li ul {
  background: #4c5ae4;
  display: none;
  float: left;
  padding: 0;
  position: absolute;
  z-index: 10;
}

That worked - thanks!  I wonder why the z-index on the navigation container wasn't working...
