The report opens, but no URLs are passed. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

the parameter is a drop down box which I think may be more problem. Do I need to change it to a text box for this to work?

Your URL is a Report Manager URL, that won't work as you've discovered.  You need to use a Report Server URL.  They go like http://yourserver/reportserver/.....

I'll try to create a URL based on what you've posted:

Might be that you need to replace those + signs with blanks, not sure about that...
