Group policy to block connecting mobile device through USB

Hi,

I am able to block usb storage device using group policy in windows 2008, but still users can connect their mobile and system shows the  mobile drive. How to disable this also

GPO Name
Removable Disks: Deny read access               Enabled      
Removable Disks: Deny write access      Enabled      
All Removable Storage classes: Deny all access      Enabled      
WPD Devices: Deny read access      Enabled      USB
WPD Devices: Deny write access      Enabled      USB

Note: user may connect the mobile device for charging but they cannot copy the data from mobile to computer and viceversa
