Hello All,

I am noticing a very weird problem in my XA6.5 environment. We are using GPP to map network drives for users. Redirection of client fixed drives are allowed but redirection of network drives is restricted. When user log on to published desktop network drive is getting mapped. When he launch any of the Microsoft application or notepad Users can see their network drives but when they open any of the in house application or google chrome/Mozilla Firefox (Non MS applications) they don't see their drive.  Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Environment : XA6.5 with Roll up pack 5. We have only one XA server as it is in testing phase.

As I said they are able to see drives when they access MS Word/Excel/Outlook or notepad but when they access chrome/Firefox or in house applications they cannot see their network drives. They noticed it while saving any document. They don't see any drive other then CD ROM  when they access it from chrome or FF (other in house applications as well).
Is it happening to all the users or any specific users? If specific users means try to recreate the profile and check. Alco try this steps http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX107920

It got fixed. I mapped network drives through script and put it on log on. Removed GPP setting which I was using for mapping network drives. Once the policy got refreshed I was able to see all network drives within all applications.
