I have a html page with code in bootstrap, angular js, javascript and jquery.<br />

I have some &lt;a&gt; tags that i need to make a full load of the page, but only the full load occurs when i press the refresh button of the process. My problem is that somethings the page loads completely and sometimes not when i press the link<br />

i try : index.php?anyparameter=sdf<wbr />dlkj<br />
i try using the full length url with the parameter, but nothing works. Any idea
