Give helpdesk user permission to logoff RDS sessions

I have 1'st level support staff, that I want to be able to logoff users on the terminal server.
The RDS servers are Windows 2012R2.

It worked. I followed your link, and in the thread a guy made a powershell script to be used for remote control of other users.
I rewrote it, to just log off used instead.
Long story short, make a user group, give it permission with wmi command.
Use logoff command in command prompt.
