Outlook issue opening a calendar 'The Calendar folder cannot be found, the operation failed.'

HI we are having an issue with a user who has recently been migrated to a new user profile (on domain) as a result of unrelated problems.

Server 2003
Exchange 2003
Outlook 2010 on client
Windows 7 on client

The user in question getting the error is a assistant to the person's account that was migrated. She is an owner of the calendar and it is added to her account. However when she goes to click on a calendar we get the error.

'The Calendar folder cannot be found, the operation failed.'

Any help regarding this matter is hugely appreciated!

First check if calendar owner is added assistant to have access on its calendar, if access is there then remove cache mode of assistant's outlook and then remove culprit calendar then add new shared calendar. It should be working then.
