Exchange 2007 Mailbox Migration to 2013 Failed

I have 3 mailbox migration from SBS 2008 Exchange 2007 SP3 RU15 to Exchange 2013 SP1 that continue to fail in the migration
and say permission denied, I was able to migrate over the bulk of 60 email boxes, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue and allow the migration to complete?

Just by looking at the question i see that your are using SP1? Not sure why you would not be using CU8 if this is a new Exchange 2013 deployment. Also what do the logs say specifically?

TooManyMissingItemsPermanentException has occurred.
This error message is because there is a LargeItemLimit that you are reaching and the move request fails. What you need to do is add the -LargeItemLimit <1000000> something high so that it will skip these items when migrating the mailbox.

Once you have done that it should correct your issues. Another good switch to use is the -BadItemLimit as well. This is for corrupt or damaged mail items that cannot be moved.

Thanks I am trying to use the -BadItem Limit to see if that will resolve it.
I don't recall the solution, sorry so disregard, I was able to get Microsoft Involved and they were able to assist.
Maybe we can get a moderator to delete this question?  Since there's no solution available it's a bit of a waste to come here when searching on similar issues.
I agree if we could get someone to delete the question that would be good, Mr. Moderator
