I have tweaked a theme (by editing the theme .php files on the server) and would like to use it on a new domain / server.<br />

Can I simply copy the theme directory in /wp-content/themes/mytweak<wbr />edtheme to the appropriate location on the new server?<br />
<br />
I'm running WP 4.2.1 on the older server and 4.2.2 on the new one.<br />
