How to Filter an Excel list using a formuls in a cell?

Excel formula experts!

 We have several categories and sub categories with values recorded in a list
I want to "filter" the list and place the values in a tabular form in a separate Excel Workbook.

One way you can do it is by using Sumproduct. This is what the formula looks like in H7:
