jQuery and .net blah

Hi..
I have a simple .net project and am trying to apply soe jQuery stuff to it..
In particular I want to use the qTip2 tooltips thingo..

Code below..
<head runat="server">
    <title>Compliance</title>
    <asp:ContentPlaceHolder ID="head" runat="server">
    </asp:ContentPlaceHolder>
    <link href="MasterPageStyleSheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    <link href="Scripts/qTip/jquery.qtip.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
    <script src="Scripts/jquery-2.1.4.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script src="Scripts/qTip/jquery.qtip.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">

        $(document).ready(function () {
            $('[title!=""]').qtip(); // A bit better. Grab elements with a title attribute that isn't blank.
        });

    </script>

</head>

Open in new window

When the page loads, I get the following jscript error....
"blah blah blah qtip is not a function"

Now I know that this is usually an issue telling me the path to the necessary jQuery library isn't valid, so the file isn't being loaded, but it does all look good, correct path, correct filename etc.., so I'm thinking that the page isn't loaded fully when the method is being called.

Am I loading up all the jQuery bits in the right order and "waiting" correctly via the document.ready function?

Any assistance greatly accepted.. this is doing my nut in..

Cheers
D

I ran your code locally - did not get a page load error

<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
    <title>Compliance</title>
    <link href="MasterPageStyleSheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    <link href="http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/qtip2/2.2.1/jquery.qtip.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
    <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script src="http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/qtip2/2.2.1/jquery.qtip.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">

        $(document).ready(function () {
            $('[title!=""]').qtip(); // A bit better. Grab elements with a title attribute that isn't blank.
        });

    </script>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

The only difference is my code is loading from CDN so first place to look is your local files. Try using the CDN - if that works then you know it is a local load issue.
